I think CSS Mania is the biggest archive of quality CSS sites around the globe, they were born in 2004 as a section on a personal blog of Gabriel Segura and then grew up to CSS Mania one of the biggest CSS Sites archives.
The site is pure inspiration and a ground to learn CSS and see how far it can be taken along.
